Breakfast


Scramble Cauliflower Medley 

Cauliflower, chick peas, red & orange bell pepper, cilantro, curry & Mediterranean spices.



Salad

Toss Salad w/Lime Maple Dressing

Romaine lettuce, peas, avocado, tomato, black olives, pine nuts. Dressing: lime, balsamic vinegar, olive oil & maple syrup. 





Soup


Avocado Soup

Avocado, veggie broth, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, celery, curry ginger spices and avocado oil.



Lunch


Chickpea Tuna Melt

Sprouted bread, campari tomato, alfalfa sprouts, rice cheese, chick peas, onion, mayo, lemon juice, Himalayan salt & pepper, Boston lettuce.




Dinner


Nut Lentil Loaf, Mashed Squash, Kale Salad

Green lentils, millet, quinoa, onion, garlic, celery, spices, chili, gluten free oats, nutritional yeast, raw almonds. Mashed butternut squash, yellow miso, carrot. Kale, lemon, olive oil. 



Dessert

Raw Fruit Tart

Fresh fruit of blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi. Cream base of coconut cashew & macadamia nuts.  Crust shell, almond, dates crust.



Snack


Granola Mix

Raw mix of almonds, sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachio, cranberries, dried goji berries.
